As the UAE Onyx stone is very expensive, if using the solid stone panel to the ceiling, the price is very high and also it is very heavy and easy to brocken. However, after sandwiched with the aluminum honeycomb panel, the cost of the finished product can be reduced by about 1/2 or more. Meanwhile, the shortage of the solid stone panel has been also conquered.
A. The stone honeycomb panels can be customized in designing and manufacturing by Pasia company so that the pattern and size can be suitable for any size inside the elevator cabin and the thickness may be 20 mm in total with a 3 mm thick stone veneer or can be customized based on the owner’s or the designer’s request.
B. An aluminum honeycomb backed stone panel is capable of sustaining a person’s weight without any problem. However, by making the surface treatment and special frame support, the long resistance and the flexibility of aluminum honeycomb panel sandwiched composite panel are guaranteed.
